How to rest, and why it matters
Five simple practices I return to
This is a note from my quiet, inward season of the month - just to say thank you for being here.
Last Sunday, I closed my first live online workshop in Creative Cycle Syncing with the loveliest group of women from around this pale blue dot.
I’m still digesting all the love and wisdom we shared, overflowing with gratitude from the experience, until I return with new dates for another one of my creative moon circles this fall.
Your subscription here means more than you know. It offers me the space to write and create in rhythm rather than under pressure, which makes all the difference to my creativity.
I’m currently in my inner winter pottering around at home, reading, cooking, resting, and listening... A time I take every month to make sure I’m taking care of myself but also my little business, the way it wants to be cared for.
Next week, I’ll be sharing something close to my heart:
my full healing journey from Hashimoto’s, written to empower anyone navigating hormonal imbalances or thyroid conditions.
It will include the exact doctors and healing methods I’ve used, most important books as well as the powerful side effects the food protocol I follow has had on my overall hormonal health, from my menstrual cycle to perimenopausal balance in the years between 35 and menopause.
It’s a topic I care deeply about for oh-so many reasons.
And if you’re in your menopausal years, or have had your womb removed, this wisdom still applies. Inner winter is a space we all return to, again and again, each and every month.
